The Awards are open to both companies and individuals who can meet the criteria of the category/categories they wish to enter.

Entering the Awards is free of charge. Please note that you must have permission from the nominee in order to enter them.

You can enter the awards by reading through the category details and clicking the ‘Enter Now’ button for the category you wish to enter. You will then be asked to create an account and fill out the entry form. You can choose to enter as many categories as you wish to (please note that only one entry per category per company will be considered for the company categories.)

Entrants should be based in or have operations in the USA and ideally able to attend the Awards ceremony in Chicago.

Our new online nomination platform will allow you to enter as many categories as you wish.

The deadline for nominations is Friday, January 31, 2025.

Intelligent Insurer is gathering a panel of expert industry judges, details of whom will be available on the Awards website. All the awards categories will be judged by a discussion amongst the judges to decide the winner per category with the exception of the Special Recognition category, which is decided by the Intelligent Insurer team.

The winners will be unveiled at a glittering evening Awards ceremony in Chicago on April 1, 2025 where 200+ people will convene for an enjoyable evening of celebration and networking

In order to attend the Awards ceremony in Chicago you will need to purchase a table or be invited to join a table. Tables of 10 are available to purchase. Please contact James Brown at jbrown@newtonmedia.co.uk for further details.

The Awards ceremony will take place on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the Union League Club of Chicago. More details can be found in the nomination pack.

All entries for Intelligent Insurer’s Cyber Insurance Awards USA 2025 must be examples of work carried out between January 1, 2024 - January 1, 2025 unless stated differently in the category description. Work that has been produced specifically for the awards will not be accepted.

All examples submitted must be an accurate representation of the original and must not be altered in any way to affect the judge’s decision.

Entries are welcomed from any individual, company or team, or the departments of any International company or organisation providing that they meet the criteria for the category they are entering. Communications / PR agencies or consultancies may only enter on behalf of their organisation. Communications / PR agencies or consultancies may enter work produced on behalf of a client - but only the client name will be accepted as the entrant in this case.

NB. Do not use this as a publicity stunt. These awards are to celebrate excellence in cyber insurance. Please ensure the appropriate department works closely on the submission to ensure its technical accuracy.

Entries are valid only when the online nomination form is received before midnight on the nomination deadline which is Friday January 31, 2025.
